Train a small classifier on toy risk data and explain confusion matrix, precision, and recall.

Build a clean, explainable demo that can be hosted on GitHub Pages as a static explanation page alongside notebook or Python output files.

Deployment note
For static hosting, publish charts, tables, insights, screenshots, and conclusions. Keep heavy model training local or in notebooks.
